How To Look & Feel Better Fast

Drink 8 glasses of purified water a day. We're 90% water at birth, the single most important thing you can do to improve your appearance (see the fine lines disappear) & feel better is to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Eat spinach daily. Spinach is the green with the most power to reduce inflammation add a handful of basil and watercress for more anti-inflammatory power.

Start your morning with strawberries, blueberries and watermelon. Fruit eaten after meals ferments (rots in your stomach,) fruit digests the fastest of all foods, if you eat it on a full stomach it can't be properly digested. Strawberries & blueberries are only exceeded by pomegranates in their antioxidant capability.

If you have the munchies and want something crunchy - raw, unsalted flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower & pumpkin seeds.

Wild caught Salmon, Trout, Tuna are rich in Omega 3's. Sardines, Anchovies and Mackerel too. Omega 3 is great for the heart and circulatory system. Greensboro's known for barbeque but to reduce inflammation you do not want to eat any blackened meat.

Switch to gluten free & dairy free. Dairy & wheat are hard to digest creating inflammation.
